Registry Confidentiality
When you say "Yes" to donation, your decision will be recorded
in a computer system maintained by Donor Alliance, a not for profit organization
that facilitates organ and tissue donation in Colorado and Wyoming. Only
designated Donor Alliance clinical staff has access to the registry, and
they have access only to information that confirms your identity and your
decision.
Colorado law prohibits the information contained in the registry from being sold or used for marketing purposes. Personal information in the registry is not shared with any company or government agency. Complete privacy and confidentiality is assured.
